Additionally, Al Jil Al Qadem has been the shareholder of 𝐀𝐥𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐣 𝐂𝐨 𝐋𝐓𝐃 (𝐀𝐥𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐣), a financial institution which was controlled by the RSF and was an essential part of the RSF’s efforts to finance its operations.
